How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For delivery, expect 2–5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia and 5–7 business days for East Malaysia. We promise to get your favorite JICC drinks to you as soon as possible!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you can check the status through the website.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! But here’s the scoop:
Free shipping is only available during special promotional periods, announced via our website and social media. Stay tuned for deals and make the most of it when it’s active!

Is it safe to pay online?

Can I save my payment details for next time?

Rewards & Promotions

How does the points system work?

Every RM1 you spend earns you 1 point (and sometimes more during special promotions). For every 100 points, you get RM1 off your next purchase. Keep sipping and saving!

How do I redeem my points?

Easy peasy! At checkout, you’ll see your points balance. Use the slider to choose how many points to redeem and watch your total drop instantly. Just remember, you need at least 100 points to redeem.

What’s with the membership tiers?

We love rewarding loyalty! Here’s how it works:

• Silver: 0–999 points
• Gold: 1,000–4,999 points (1.25 points/RM1)
• Platinum: 5,000+ points (1.5 points/RM1)

Reviews & Referrals

How do I leave a review?

We’d love to hear your thoughts! After your order is marked as “Delivered,” head to My Orders in your dashboard, find the item, and click “Write a Review.” Share your experience (at least 50 letters) and earn 50 points after approval. It’s that easy!

Can I refer friends to JICC?

Definitely! Share your unique referral code from your account dashboard. When your friend makes their first purchase, you’ll get 500 points as a thank-you.

Returns & Refunds

What if I want to return a product?

No worries! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving it. Just fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and reason, and we’ll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please fill out the contact form with your order number and reason, and our team will help sort things out.
